Do you think the Ardell Magiclash Growth Enhancer will work?

Okay, so my left eye has perfect, gorgeous long lashes and Im pretty sure my right eye would have the same if I didn't accidentally pull most of the lashes out... so they're very uneven. And I've rubbed Vaseline on my right eye every night for awhile now, but I've recently given up because I see no progress. Do you think if I applied Ardell Growth Enhancer to my right eye the lashes will grow back? If so... how long do you think it'll take?
