Does Lash Eyelash Enhancer Serum really work?

I have also read somewhere that it can also be used on eyebrows, what does it do to the eyebrows and what does it actually do for the eyelashes. Does it give you more lashes and more eyebrows? I am an older woman and have over plucked my eyebrows over the years, so would i get them back, and would i get more eyelashes. Can someone advise me please
