Is The Rko a Made up Move by Orton or What?

I swear there was a move called the Diamond Cutter that looks kind of like the Rko. Did Randy Orton make that move up or just got an idea off of the Diamond Cutter and transformed it into a better positioned move to create the Rko finishing move?
