How do i apply cover girl eye enhancers 4 kit eyeshadow?

I have brown eyes. They're chocolaty colored ha ha. I'm applying the purple enhancer kit. The colors are: Purple Twilight, Violet Shiver, Lilac Frappe, and Moonlit Lliac. WITH DETAIL, please direct me in the way of eyeshadow applyingness. :P thankyou :)
