CNC Plasma Cutter Programs?

ok they have a plasma cutter at school an it has its own program call Plasma CAM to design things, but its not accurate. I can't give it exact measurements(unless there is and i don't know) looking for something like Master CAM but for the CNC Plasma Cutter not mills need to make a bracket with precise measurements the mill we have is not big enough to hold the part.
