Drugstore and laura mercia tinted moisturizer questions? *sorry if i spelled mercia wrong?

well i tried the neutrogena healthy skin enhancer (first piece of makeup ever used 9th grade) and it felt heavy and i could actually feel it they said it has a matte finish and soon learned i dont like matte. im just experimenting. but my mom has this laura mercia trial tube and i "borrowed it" and it isnt like that. and its nice and the tube lasted forever. i have ran out and im scared of wasting more money at the drugstore. but i cant afford anything else so whats something that is good at the drugstore?
