I had a friend like this except she was anorexic, a cutter, and drank from time to time. you can't do anything unless they want help themself. i'm not sure why you telling would get you in trouble especially since all they have to do to believe you as look for the cuts. you can go to a counselor yourself and express your grief and ask your friend to go get help with you. maybe they're too afraid to do it, all you can do is be there for her. its probably really hard for her to talk about it so just reinforce that you're scared for her and you want to be there. and if it takes you coming with her to talk to someone thats what you'll do. if she still refuses you may have to woman up and say something to someone despite the consequences or just be there for her while the abuse continues. you shouldn't do the second option since its the most helpless but hey. some people do i guess. good luck :]

I'm 15 and take Bacopa Monniera under the brand of Memo Plus Gold. I noticed that I matured a lot after taking it and my thinking habits have really changed. It always made me feel so clear-minded whereas before, I used to feel like there was some kind of fog in my head, and normal conversation would get me stuck in my own head. People said I always think too much, and in the past I suspected myself to have some trace of ADD and OCD. Actually, I was never diagnosed with any psychological problems, but deep inside, I didn't feel as normal and connected to the world as I do now. I seem to have a more outward perspective nowadays and when things need to be objective, my view becomes objective instead of subjective. I've been taking this supplement since a year ago, where it said to take it 2 times a day for 3 months, then after that I would only take it once a day for maintenance. I take it before I go to sleep, for some reason it seems to have a better effect. I was primarily attracted to the idea it was a memory enhancer and that improves overall brain health and senility. I myself just wanted to be more alert. There were days that I didn't take my supplement and I was fine, still clear-headed as I wanted it. I thought how maybe I wouldn't need to take it anymore. But if I were to be stressed and tense, that foggy-headedness would come back which in turn also brings back my "bad habits". The supplement doesn't seem to cure it if I take it in the morning, after not taking it for a long time. When I was a lot younger, I was a lot more brain healthy.. I just wanted that health back. I know he means well. But he's been telling me this since I was four. He tries to guide people and they usually don't see what he means either. Well from what you've said your best friend seems to have a hard life. Having a hard life and all that stress can extremely effect a person in negative ways (aka the smoking, drinking,cutting etc.), it can also make them moody and unpredictable. If you really want to be a true friend to him then help him through the hard times and try to make his future brighter then his present. Try to help him with the drinking, smoking, cutting as best as you can. It wont be an easy process and it wont be over night, but having his best friend leave him all alone is the last thing he needs.

Oscar fish food suggestion?

Sooo... My Oscar is incredibly picky and won't eat anything. When he was smaller he was eating tetra cichlid crisps but now he's too big for them and I'm trying to upgrade... I started out with hikari chicklid gold, then aqueon chichlid pellets, and now tetra cichlid jumbo sticks... But he just sucks it up and spits it all back out. I have oily skin and prefer a tinted moisturizer during the hot summer months when I go to the water park with my boys or go to the pool so I understand what you are asking (I don't want to look washed out anywhere)! I am not sure what your skin tone is but I would suggest Clinique City Block Sheer SPF 25 (they also have a 40) as it has a slightly moisturizing base and a light tint to it. I use it all summer long as the tint is enough to make me look even but not so much that I look like I am wearing makeup and it gives me some moisture along with sunscreen. If the color is too light for you then you could mix a bit of liquid foundation or even some bronzer to darken it a bit. The cost is $18.00 which is somewhat comparable to most good tinted moisturizers that you would find at Target or Walmart. I hope this helps!

I have been doing research for a past 2 years now into care and possible problems, how to fix them and how to prevent them.I want this not to be popular or follow a trend, not for attention, not even really for expression( how can you really express feelings by a hole in your body? Tattoos, maybe but not this) This is what I want purely for aesthetic reasons. I know my tastes may change, but if they do I can take the piercings out. The same principle applies to jobs, careers, etc. I feel like scars won't matter because they will remind me of more fun, more youthful times in my life when I could do things like this. I also feel that no matter what, I will be comfortable in my skin. To give you a clue about my personality, I am the shy, semi anti-social type with somewhat odd, contradictory interests that doesn't give a hoot about it when people judge me, but I still try to stay respectful and not judge other people or be rude to them. Confidence is key. I would also, however, like to understand reasons why people would say no to a peircing. 'You're too young" is much too vague, IMO. I don't believe that it could be said that a person my age can't make their own decisions, either, because obviously they could make the decision that they wanted the piercing and are willing to endure that pain to get it. If the reason they want it is vain and impulsive, I get that some people would disagree with it. But why do so many people say no, even when it is evident that much thought has been put into a decision? Though piercings, especially facial ones, were not mainstream in the '60, '70, '80's per se, they are now. Please answer this question by RESPECTFULLY stating your opinions as clearly as possible. I do not want my decision to be too biased, I don't want to get this piercing if the only opinion I hear is my own. Try to answer as thoroughly as you can, and due to the serious nature of this decision, all answers whether in my favor or not, will be shown to my parents and reviewed extensively. Hi I have straight hair an it is usually kinda thick but I recently had a hair cut and its a bit more layered etc... YES......continue your education. I just turned 48 and finished my Bachelors degree. It took me 2 1/2 years and working full time. I am very happy I did it. I wish I would have done this when I was your age. It is a lot easier when you do not have other responsibilities like kids/grand kids/friends. Changing Toilet Seat Cover?

I have an old style Villeroy Boch toilet seat cover I want to change out. The screw (butterfly screw?) is underneath. I managed to loosen it up and unscrew it 1/3 way down a very, very long bolt. Then it just stops even though I can keep spinning. Does this mean the threads are stripped? It doesn't make sense that I can keep spinning the plastic part but it doesn't continue to travel down the threaded bolt. I don't have a bolt cutter so how can I proceed to remove this toilet seat?

What's wrong with me?

I feel like I'm going crazy and don't know if I've got OCD or just anxiety or even both. I get so worked up and worry what everyone is thinking about me all the time and when there's stress in my job I feel like I can't breathe and the only way through it is to cut myself. I used to be a cutter when I was 14/15 but got therapy for a few months and stopped cutting until last year after I turned 20. Now I'm cutting on a more frequent basis because I feel like I'm not good enough and can't control these negative thoughts in my mind all the time. I'm also not sure if I have OCD or not...whenever I go driving I get home and have to turn around and re-drive the same route over and over to make sure I made no mistakes on the way. If I make the smallest mistake I have to go back and re drive over where I made it as a way to make up for it. Like if I drive over the same route again it's going to be okay. Today it should have taken me 5 minutes to get home, instead it took me almost an hour because I kept redriving over and over where I had been the first time to make sure I hadn't slipped up. Whenever I lock the doors of the house I have to check them atleast 3 times and then I walk away and have to walk back and check just one more time. I turn my hair straigtener off and it plays on my mind until I've checked so much that it's off...to the point where I unplug it and then have to physically touch the plug to make sure I'm not just imagining that it is unplugged. With my car you can see the lights are off from the outside of the car but I always have to actually get back into my car and touch the settings to make sure for real that they are off, not just by looking at them. I have to have my magazines and books absolutely flat and in a particular order all the time, I can't stand it when someone slightly bends the cover of something or rearranges them....Ahh what is wrong with me?

Well I find the bestest combination is that gal primer and high beam from benefit mixed together and applied like foundation :) it gives a really a glowy everywhere look but natural :) but even without the primer high beam is a really good highlighter, but not for all over (hence the need for that gal primer which is illuminating) So yeah Theyre better than Chanel but i would say choose either both or one for your needs :) xxx
