Do I have a good chance getting this job?

I graduated from college with a certificate, and got one IT certification, had roughly one year experience(not in my field), got an interview yesterday for a business development specialist position(but it's more like a sales or call center's role to me, and it is), they pay 12-18$/hour for this role, the company is not big and I was disappointed on my first step into the door, the manager opened the door for me and disgruntled by my disappointed expression, so I tried hard to impress him during the interview and he was impressed indeed, but he said" as the hiring process goes, if you dont hear from me by next Friday, that means we moved on to the next candidate" at last, what did he mean??? Do I still have a good chance getting this job????Thanks
