If i stare at a girl why does she keep staring back at me?

I look at her once i Guess its deep eye to eye contact then i look away feeling uncomfortable. Then i glance at her and she looks back at me and we keep playing "this silly game". Does she find me attractive? I usually think she doesnt because her face shows no expression no smile just a plain stare with no emotions.
