Will her baby be taken at the hospital?

This girl I know is living on an old school bus She is HORRIBLE with money, she got life insurance from her mom dying (20k) and had it spent in 1 week KNOWING she is 8 months pregnant. She didn't get a house, she just bought clothes and jewelry and a tv and video games and drugs and alcohol. I took her to the doctor one day and she admitted to drinking alcohol, popping bills, snorting coke, smoking cigarettes and marijuana regularly and a few other things. All during and prior to her pregnancy. She also has scars that shows she is a cutter and they noticed them at the hospital. They gave her a blood test before she left the hospital. She has had NO prenatal care other than that day, also she is 19 and a little slow. She STILL uses drugs even after we all told her she is hurting her baby. She is about to be COMPLETELY homeless because she spent the last of her death benefits cash on more drugs and jewelry and sneakers. I am so worried for her baby and honestly HOPE they take it, do you think they are planning to?
