Cuts EcoRI maks in Arabidopsis genomic DNA? Help?
If you cut Arabidopsis genomic DNA (70x10^6 BP) with EcoRI (a 6 base-cutter), show how one would calculate the number of fragments expected on the ethidium bromide stained gel.
