Low blood count? What does this mean?

Hello. I am 17 yrs old. Recently I had a blood test done and they told me I have low blood count. That's all they said. I moved the next day so I couldn't get anymore tests. I am bipolar and a heavy cutter. Is the cutting the reason? What exactly does low blood count mean? I also have IBS and underactive thyroid with 2 thyroid nodules. I take the following daily: Cymbalta 30mg, Thorazine 150mg,1200mg Lithium, 30mg Adderall, 100 microgram Synthroid...I may be forgetting some...could the low blood count be due to the thyroid nodules? I just need some answers..plz help.
