If I cut open an old scar and put Neosporin on it, will the resulting scar be better or worse?

trust me, the scar will be much worse:l try to get like some scar cream, mederma or somehting, and really masage it on. The bloodflow will help it, and with the scar cream. Then, i've found even tanning helps a bit.. so, you just have to try to find out what works for your skin.
