High school baseball help?

You dont wan to rely on just one pitch for your strikeout batters will catch on. If you can get away by placing your pitches well rather than by velocity thats great whatever gets you by do it. Now if you cant get by on good placement you gotta work on getting stronger and throwing harder. Lastly work your variety if your unpredictable with what you throw batters wont catch on hope this helps
