How much does it cost to get a full head of highlights at cost cutters?

I want to get 3 colors stranded through my hair, red, blonde and brownish color, I already have a dirty brown color. I wanted to know how much it costs to get a full head of highlights and how often I need to get them done. Does anybody know how much it costs to get a WHOLE HEAD of hightlights and how often I need to get them redone or touched up?
