How to keep the changes to a song after using DFX Audio Enhancer?

DFX is an audio enhancer that changes stuff to a song, what I was wondering was how to SAVE the changes that are made to the song, in any folder of my choice.... PLZ HELP!!! I'M DYING HERE!!!
